Terms of Service

By renting equipment or using services from Patriciavo Co., you agree to the terms below.

Rentals

All units remain the property of Patriciavo Co.. Renter is responsible for damage beyond normal use, lost units, and access for delivery and servicing.

Payment

Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late balances may incur a service charge.

Liability

Patriciavo Co. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from rental use. Liability is limited to the cost of the rental.

Cancellations

Cancellations made within 48 hours of scheduled delivery may be subject to a fee.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
